Form over quota means that the account has exceeded it's allocated storage limits. Once that happens you can either upgrade your account (guide) to receive more storage space or you can delete some of your previous submissions (guide) to free up space for the new ones.

Please refer to this guide to learn more about account usage and limits!

If you have any more questions about this, or any other matter feel free to contact us! We would be more than happy to help!

    Thanks

I did that last night. We have a paid account and should have plenty of room as far as I can tell.

it's still showing the sad little "over quota" dude.

    HELP!!

You are correct, upon checking your account it seems you are well within your allocated data limit.

Could you please provide us with a link to the page where the form is embedded so that we may take a closer look?

    Thanks
