Jotform Integrated with Mailchimp does not trigger edm sent out with tag

I'd set up a form submission in Jotform as a trigger to automate Mailchimp email. I set this up this similar customer journey many times previously and successfully automate email on other different mailchimp account. I found only the number of contacts increased in mailchimp but no auto-email sent automatically to contacts' email.

I'd tried my best to make sure everything is running correctly, but still I found the automated email is not sending out. But the number of contacts are getting increased after submission triggered, but no email sendout automatically.

I checked with mailchimp already and got reply from Mailchimp that what is happening is that the form is working. But the form is not adding the tag which is the initial trigger of the form. So they see customer details are not exporting to Mailchimp but the number of contacts are counted towards.

May I get help from you on this issue?

    Hi There,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the email content being modified automatically.  I checked your form, the integration appears to be configured correctly. Also, the Tag option is enabled in your integration.

Can you please check in your Mailchimp, the submissions (contacts) you received over there have tags listed beside them or not? Else, filter the contacts based on the tags to see the contacts you received from the Jotform is showing or not.

If you are able to see the contacts with the tags, then check if the emails for them are sent or not which you configured in your Mailchimp. Upon checking online, I was able to find this Getting Started with Tags | Mailchimp guide, which might be helpful for you.

If the tags are not listed beside the contacts you received from the Jotform then I would suggest you to edit the integration, then disable and enable the tag option in the integration, then save it. Do a test submission in your form to see if everything works fine or not.

If issue persists, remove the complete integration in your form and reintegrate it. Doing this might resolve the issue as forms gets reconfigured.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
