PayPal Personal: Unable to submit form.

    Hi, the people can not pay by PayPal system error. Please help.

    Hi Devrim,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the problem, and I ran into an error. Check out this screencast below:

    Is the error I get, the same error are you getting? If not, can you provide us with the error message that you received? This guide will show you how to do that.

    If the error you get is the same as the one I got, please try switching to another payment gateway, and then switch back to PayPal Personal. Let me show you how:


    1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    2. Under the Payment tab, click on the Three Dots icon next to the Payment method you used and click on Switch to Another Gateway.
    3. Choose a payment method and click on Use Selection.
    4. Repeat the process, but this time, select PayPal Personal and enter your PayPal email in the right corner of the page.

    Hi Joshua, thanks for the fast answer. I know the problem. Ich change the paypal account by Jotform an I get problems. Today i used the old account -without problems.

    But I want to change the PayPal account. What can I can I do?

    Can you confirm if you've tried switching to another payment gateway other than PayPal as advised by my colleague? If not yet, can you try it and see how it goes? I've also cleared your form caches from the backend. If you run into the same issue again, can you take a screenshot of what’s happening, as well as a screenshot of your browser's console log, and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.
