Unable to receive notification email

    Hi David,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry that this is happening. I cloned your form and tried to replicate the issue, but everything worked the way it should. Check out my results in the screenshot below:

    Upon checking the recipient email address in the Notification Email, it shows that both emails are on the Bounce List. I removed both the email recipients on your Notification Email on our bounce list. Can you please try to create a new submission again?

    Thanks for getting back to us. When emails are on our bounce list, it's typically due to various factors like mistyped email addresses, temporary server glitches, or strict spam filters. Occasionally, recipients' servers may impose volume limits or blacklist our servers, impacting delivery. To enhance your email success rate, ensure accurate addresses, avoid spam triggers, and keep an eye on your delivery metrics. As for the future, the email has been removed from our bounce list.

    Hello David,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I understand how difficult and stressful this is. I removed the two recipients from our bounce lists who were included in the Email Notification of the Masanovato Form. Expect to receive all new submissions without any issues.

    why it is on bounce list ? You remove them today.will they become bounce list again?

    How do we fix it forever?

    someone removed from bounce list on sunday 4/27.It works for us for 3 days till today.I think the problem will come back if we dont know how to fix it

    Hi David,

    An email address is added in the bounce list due to the reasons mentioned by my colleague Bilal on his reply. We also recommend you add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your contacts lists and whitelist our common domain names found here.

    If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
