How to merge two forms?

as a mistake someone in my team created a clone and I need 2 forms that are equal to be just in one, I want to know if thats possible

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to merge two forms into one. A workaround is to download the submission data from your cloned form as CSV. Then, use the Import Data feature to import the downloaded CSV data into your form. This will allow you to quickly populate your table with existing information. To import your CSV data, here's how to do it:

1. Go to the Import Data page.
2. Click the Import Submissions Now button at the bottom and authorize the app.
   
   
3. In the Form Picker dialog, choose your form, then click the Continue button.
   
   
4. Apply the template format from the import tool to your Excel or CSV file. For more information, check the XLS and CSV Template Format section.
   
5. Once your file is ready, click the Select Source File button at the bottom and upload your XLS or CSV file.
6. Click the Import button.
   
   
7. Wait for the import to finish. If all goes well, you should see the results at the bottom of the page.
   
   
8. The imported entries should now appear in your Jotform Tables.
   
   

Please note that imported entries via Import Data count as real submissions, which affects your account’s monthly and total submission limits. Also, for the import to work, the original Excel or CSV file needs to match the import template’s column headings and data format. You must change your Excel or CSV file’s headings and lines to match the template’s format.
