Hello!
I am looking through my jotform submissions, and there is no search bar, so I've been having to manually comb through submissions. When I open the submissions folder, the search bar flashes on the screen and then disappears. I've looked all over your website for why this might be and I can't find an answer. There is also no ability to sort columns alphabetically (the button isn't where it should be based on the videos I've watched on how to do this). Is the problem that I need to update my computer in some way?

Hi knoxaction,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry this is happening. I checked the JS Knoxville tables and noticed that you enabled the form encryption feature for your submissions. Do note that due to the encryption of your form, the search feature will be unavailable in Tables or Archived entries. To enable submission searching, you will need to decrypt the form. You can check this guide about Features that will become unavailable once you enable Form Encryption.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

I tried decrypting the form, and it did give me the search bar, but all of the information turned into long streams of code. Is there any way to decrypt the forms so that I can still see the information on them?
I was able to get the information back when I re-encrypted it, but of course lost the search bar. -

Hello knoxaction,
Thanks for getting back to us. Can you try ad clear the cahces on your form? Although caches aren't cleared automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
- In the window that opens, click on Settings.
- In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.
You can also check this guide for more information about clearing caches. Also, Can you send us some screenshots of what’s happening? This guide will show you how to do that.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
