I created a form based on someone else's form. When I had people sign it it is saving the old form.

Hi Melony,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry that you're having difficulties with this. When you said that you created a form based on someone else's form, did you mean that you cloned it? This is the reason that when you download the form, the original PDF is the one being downloaded.
Unfortunately, there's no way to remove the option to download the Original PDF from the Jotform Table or Inbox. One of the solutions is to re-create(not clone) the form in the regular Form Builder (orange theme). Or integrate your form with Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox where you will select which PDF template to save. Then, download from there. Let me show you how to integrate your form:
- In the Smart PDF Forms Builder, click on Settings on the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Select Integrations from the left side window, and search for the integration that you want to use.
You can also check our guide about Integrations Help Guide.
Another workaround is to create a new PDF. Let me walk you through it:
- In the Smart PDF Forms Builder, click on the app menu tab on the upper left side of the page.
- Select PDF Editor.
A new PDF will be created.
Now, to download this:
- In the Jotform Tables, click on the entries that you want to download. You can also select all to download.
- Click on Download All on the upper right side of the page and select the newly created PDF.
- Click on OK, Got It from the confirmation message that will pop up.
- From the email that you will receive, click on Download Your PDFs.
- A new folder with your submissions will be created.
Check out the result below:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
