Hello Jade,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support and we’re sorry you’re having trouble with this. When you said you wanted to pull the report, did you want to know where to find the submissions made by your respondents? If so, you can view your submissions on the Jotform Tables page in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.
- This will take you to Jotform Tables, where you can see a list of all of your submissions.
You may also want to check out our guide about How to View Form Submissions. As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.
Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it.

Okay, I see that, but I need the specifics to print out on a form. I attempted to download a form but it does not include all the specifics. I need something that is going to make fulfilling orders easy. If there is a way to do this, can you pull it for me?

Hi Jade,
Thanks for your patience. I was looking at creating a PDF-Document through the PDF editor that will show all the specifics of the order. Then, you can download and print it similar to this.
Give me some time to build and provide the steps, When I have an update, I'll let you know. -

Okay, does it put all the orders on one form? I need to submit the list of orders with all the details to the printing company

Hi Jade,
Thanks for reaching back to us. If we create a PDF document, it will only show orders per submissions. 1 PDF document per order/submission. Do you need all the orders to be shown in one page only or one document with multiple pages? I am afraid this method will generate PDF documents per submission. The workaround would be to download a CSV copy of the submission through the submission tables and find a web app or software that will allow you to convert the CSV file to docx file type. Let me show you how:- On the Submissions Tables, put a checkmark on all the submissions
- On the top right side, click on Download All.
- Select Download as CSV.
Once downloaded look for a legitimate and reliable web app/software to convert the CSV file to docx. In my example, I used convertio.co. After converting it to docx, it may not have the desirable formatting you need so you have do necessary edits and adjustments. For examples, here's the converted CSV file to docx:
When converted to docx, you now have more control on the formatting of data.
Give it a try and let us know if you need more help.
