We have sent several emails this morning and none are appearing in the assigned mailbox. No changes have been made on our side.

    Hi Glenda,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the form titled '2024 Personnel Action Form'? I cloned and did a test submission and I was able to receive notifications. Have you tried checking the spam folder if the emails are there? I also checked the email logs and I see that the emails are being sent. You can check this out on your History page. Let me show you how to do it:

    • Go to your Account's History page.
    • On the upper right part, click on the dropdown and select Emails to see your email logs.
    • Click on the small icon next to each entry to view the email that was sent out.

You can also try Whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains and adding noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your contacts lists to avoid emails going to your spam folder. Here are some of the reasons why you might not be receiving email notifications.

After you've done all of the above and you're still not getting emails, you can try removing and adding your notification or autoresponder email back. Usually, this will fix any temporary issues with the notification. Here's how to do it:

    A. Remove the Notification/Autoresponder email

    1. IForm Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. Hover over your Notification/Autoresponder email and click on the trash icon to delete it. In this case, I am removing the autoresponder email. You can do the same with the notification email.

    B. Adding back the Notification/Autoresponder email

    1. In the same window, click on Add Email.
    2. Then, select Notification/Autoresponder Email.
    3. Click on Save when you're done and that's it.

    Hi Glenda,

Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, a delay in email is also possible. Also, try the suggestions I shared above and see if those would help.

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can do for you.
