Not getting email from form submitted.

    Hi, We are not seeing any email receipts in our email from forms submitted as usual.
    I also tried the inbox in jotform and sent a test reply to myself and am not seeing the email reply sent back
    so as of now we cannot reply to our inquiries. Can you help?

    Hi documentprintingservices,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Just to confirm, are you not getting an Email Notification in your form? If so, I checked the email address as the recipient in your Notification Email in our system and can see that support@docprinters.com was added to our bounce list. But no worries, I've removed the email address from the list. Keep in mind that Jotform will stop sending emails when your email address is on the bounce list. I advise you to review this guide, which provides several justifications for why you're not getting email notifications. Additionally, I highly advise you to add the Jotform IP address to your email whitelist.
