Enterprise: unable to login

    I am responding to the email below. The account have is an enterprise account for the United Way of Greater Charlottesville and Barb Hutchinson is the admin on the account. I tried logging back in but it still says I am locked out.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I was able to locate the account associated with the email address bhutchinson@unitedwaycville.org. I see that it's a Starter (Free) account and currently, it's over the limit. The Upload Limit is at 677.82 MB / 100.00 MB and the Total Submissions Limit is at 3,347 / 500. You might want to delete and purge your submissions or purchase a Plan Subscription.

    I have also flushed the login attempts on the account associated with the email address bhutchinson@unitedwaycville.org. Can you try again if you can log in now?

    In case you have forgotten your password, you can send out a reset password email to the account email address. Here's how to do it:

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As you have an Enterprise account, you need to contact the dedicated Enterprise sales team. Contacting our Enterprise Sales Team is easy, you'll just need to send a request first, and they'll reach out to you with more information. Let me show you where to find the request form:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Enterprise on the upper-right side of the page.
    2. Then, on the upper-right side of the next page, click on Contact Sales.
    3. Fill out the form, click on the Send Request button, and that's it.
