How to send PDF based on the users response?

Hello,

I would like to set up a form which when completed sends a PDF file to the recipient.

The PDF file would depend on a dropdown question.

Hi Pithie, 

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Check the steps and screenshot below on how to send attachments depending on the users response.

1. After creating the form, go to PDF Editor to customize the PDF's that you want to attach.

2. Then, go back to Form Builder and create several Autoresponder Emails with different attachments. Check the steps below on how to change the attached submission PDF or file on an Autoresponder Email.
*Hover on the Autoresponder Email, click the Pencil icon and go to the Advanced tab.
*Turn on Attach PDF and choose the PDF submission report. You can also upload a file by clicking on the Upload File button.
*Click on the Save button.

3. Create a Change Email Recipient condition like the below screenshot. Be sure to assign the correct email to the condition.
