Not receiving Notification emails

    Good morning

    In the last 24hrs our Jotforms have been not submitting to our email address - info@mullumgym.com.au

    Could you provide me an troubleshooting ideas to fix this

    Hi Laura,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. If I understood correctly, you're saying you aren't receiving Notification emails from your forms. I checked the email logs and was able to see Notification emails sent to info@mullumgym.com.au. You can also check your Activity Logs. It's easy. Let me show you how:

    1. In your My Forms page, click on your Avatar in the top-right corner. Then click Settings in the dropdown menu.Not receiving Notification emails Image 1 Screenshot 30
    2. Click History on the left menu, and you will find the Activity Logs on the right.Not receiving Notification emails Image 2 Screenshot 41

    You may want to check your Inbox and Spam again for info@mullumgym.com.au. It's also a good idea to add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your email contact list and whitelist.

    You can follow these steps to solve this issue:

    1. Check Spam Folder: Verify that Jotform emails are not in your spam folder.
    2. Whitelist Jotform Domains: Add Jotform’s IP addresses and domains (noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com) to your email provider’s whitelist. AarpMembership
    3. Contact Support: If the problem persists, consider reaching out to Jotform support for further assistance.
