i received an email that I cant respond to because I am locked out of my account. the email says:

    Hi Jacquelyn,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our reviewer team suspended your account because your form (241297603908058) is collecting credit card information using basic form fields which is against our terms.

We need to remove the guilty fields before we can activate the account back to good status.

After we hear back from you, we’ll better understand what’s going on and how to help.

    Hi Jacquelyn,

I understand how upsetting this is. I’m going to do my best to resolve it for you. Additionally, I've reviewed your account and can confirm that the form created by you is collecting credit card information, which is against our terms of use. In case to re-activate your account, we need your permission to delete those fields which are not following Jotform's terms of use. In case, If you want to collect payment from users, we recommend you to use one of the payment processors. Adding payment processor is really easy, let me show you how:

    • In Form builder, select the Product list & click on Add Integration icon.
    • In the pop-up window that opens on the screen, choose the payment processor & click on Use Selection.
    • In the menu that opens on the right side of the page, click on Connect.
    • A new browser window will open on screen, sign in using payment processor login credentials.
