1. In Form Builder, go to Publish at the top.
2. Click the Embed tab on the left.

If I understand correctly, you want to create a psychometric test using Jotform that generates results. You can create a psychometric test on Jotform using our available templates, and then, you can attach the result to the Autoresponder Email. Let me show you how to do it:

First, let's create a psychometric test using the available templates:

1. Go to Jotform Templates, and search for Psychometric Test.

2. Once you've chosen your template, click on Use Template.

Now, we need to create a Conditional Logic to get the result of the psychometric test. You can add calculation values in the Input Table widget, then compute them using the Form Calculation widget. Let's do it:

1. Click on the Gear icon of the Input Table widget, and click on the Options tab.
2. Enter the value of each cell. Columns are separated by commas, and rows are arranged by line. 

3. Click on Add Form Element on the left side of the page, and click on the Widgets tab.
4. Drag, and drop Form Calculation widget on your form.

5. Click on the Wand icon of your Form Calculation widget, and copy the settings below:

6. Hover your mouse over Form Calculation widget, and right-click on your mouse.
7. Click on Hide.

Now, let's attach the result in the Autoresponder Email:

1. Click on Settings in the blue navigation bar at the top of the screen, and in the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
2. Click on the Pencil icon of your Autoresponder Email.

3. Click inside Email Content, and enter the label for your result.
4. Click on Form Fields, and click on Calculation.
