Jotform Subscriptions: Which plan to choose if I need multiple collaborators?

Hi, I'm looking at Jotform as a potential tool to use for my team of freelance editors. I'm specifically looking at the silver option but I want to make sure that I would be able to have multiple people receive access to the completed forms as well as an email alert. I'd also like to take advantage of the 50% discount.

    Hello Jordan,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support and we’re sorry you’re having trouble with this. Please note that the plan you can choose will be based on the form limits, which should be enough for your needs. If you want your freelance editors to receive the email notification containing the submissions of your respondents then the Silver plan is enough. Please check this guide to learn more on how to Send Email Notifications to Multiple Recipients.

But if you want to add sub-users to your account, please note that our standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are individual, single-user plans. If you need an account allowing multiple users, we encourage you to consider upgrading to  Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts can accommodate everyone on your team while giving you complete control and visibility into each action taken by your team members.

But if the Enterprise plan is more than what you just need, you can explore using these features like Add Collaborators to your Form or Share Your Submission Table and Collaborate.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

Ok I see. So only one person can create and manage the forms? Is that what
    the user involvement is?

    Hi Jordan,

Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, just one person can manage the forms in the account if you have a Standard plan. However, you can allow your editors to have their own Jotform account, and we will move the forms they create to your account. But the request must be made through their Jotform account. See, How to Transfer Your Forms and Data to Another Account for more information.

If Enterprise is not an option for you, you might check out the guides provided by my colleague. You can create the form in your account, but you can also let people edit it without logging into your account by sharing the collaboration link. You can also let your editors to view the completed forms by sharing the table with them.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
