Create invitation cards based on submitted data

When a child celebrates their birthday in our soccer hall, we would like to provide them with invitation template cards online. We have had these invitation cards created by a graphic artist. However, the fields for the beginning, end and names of the children have been left blank so that the birthday child can fill in these data himself. Of course it would be better if each birthday child filled in these data via a form and printed the data to the correct position. Is something like this possible with Jotform?
I imagine it in such a way that the birthday child enters also all names of the invited children. e.g. 10 children are invited, then gives in Jotform e.g. up to 14 fields. After the 10 names have been entered, Jotform prints out 10 individual invitations. Is this possible?

I am afraid that we do not have a built-in tool designed for the custom invitations.

You can collect the data through JotForm, but then you will need to manage that data to create the invitations cards.

In theory, it might be possible to include a card image to a form email template or a form thank you page and align it with the submitted form data. However, this might be a tedious task, and we do not have an example. It might be also possible to post the form submission data to your own web page (script), but again you will need a script/template that will process the data and align it with your card(s).
