Sharing my form via facebook - can I share a link via messenger etc?

I have Form ready and would like to send it to people within my charity I dont always get their email address so I would like to share my form for them to fill in via my contact with them via messenger is this possible.

Im also a not for profit how do I register my account for that?

Also please could you help I have created my form but before I go live I
would like to know where the data gets sent too.. it looks like it emails
me a copy? I thought when seeing your procing structure and storage
capacity it would get saved on your storage?
