I can not go back to any revisions on the form. I get the error "oops! Something went wrong and We couldn't initialize your revision history.". It gives me options to "Dismiss" or "Reload Page". When I reload page I get the same error.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Can you please try clearing your browser's cache or use another browser in editing your form?
I have also cleared your form cache. Can you please try to use the revision history again and let us know how it goes?

Can you tell us which revision you want to return the form and we will try it on our end?

I'd like to revert to the Mar 24 revision. There is only one. But I also want to have this feature available in case I need it in the future.

There are two versions from Mar 24. To which one do you want to revert your form to?
I checked your submissions and I saw that you received all of them after that date, so I would suggest you to download your data first for a backup purpose. If some field did not exist in that version the data you collected with that field will be removed from the submissions page.
How to Download Form Submissions as Excel/CSV/PDF
If you were previously trying to revert the form from the Form Builder, please also try to do it from the My Forms page.
If the issue still persists, let us know to exactly which version from Mar 24th you want to use and we will try to revert it.

Hi, the problem is the same even with the new method above. Please revert me to Mar 24 22:46 version.

The Mar 24 22:46 version is no longer in the choices. Did you revert it from your end?
Looking forward for your response.
