Can we only receive notifications when forms has been filled out or available?

    I do not want patients completed forms to be sent by email to us. Can we only retrieve the forms from the website and receive notifications when forms has been filled out or available?

    If you do not want to receive email notifications when your form is submitted, you can remove the email notifications from your settings tab in your form.

    Whenever forms are submitted, the form submission data is automatically stored in your account in the JotForm database. You can view/download your submissions at any time.

    When you set up email notifications in your forms, you will only receive an email when your form is submitted.
