Email notifications of new form submissions not working.

    I've had two people in the past few days send me a form and they never went to my inbox. Checked my junk mail as well and i don't have jotform blocked or anything. (They do show up in the form inbox which is great as backup but i need them to send to my email as they used to do.)

    Wondering if there are any logs on your guys' end that can help solve this mystery.

     (To clarify, they were working just fine and i was getting emails properly up until these last few days.)

    I have just checked your account email history and it seems like the emails have been successfully sent, you can also check your email history following this guide: 

    I also checked the latest form you have edited and it seems you're using a default sender ( You may also try whitelisting our mail sender information in order to avoid emails being blocked due to security filters, this guide will provide you our information:

    If the problem persists, you may set up your own sender using the SMTP method, this guide will help you doing so:

    I haven't changed any of my email settings and was getting them just fine until now. Even got the email notification for your response here in my inbox just fine which is from

    I double checked that is on my safe list, and it is. I also CC'ed myself when responding to the forms directly from the form inbox and received them just fine.

    I'll keep an eye on things and let you know if it continues to happen with the form results.
