So I have seen jotforms which I want to use as a sample and just copy and paste instead of creating new forms. I would just like to edit some of the items off the existing jotforms.

You need to copy the URL of the form that you want to use as a sample.
1. Go to My Forms page.
2. Click the CREATE FORM button:
3. On the Choose a Form Layout section, click CREATE A FORM under your desired layout:4. Select Import Form
5. Then, select From a web page and paste the Form URL. Click CONTINUE and the form should be cloned.
Afterwards, you will be redirected to the from builder where you can edit the newly cloned form as you like.

Thanks and have a wonderful day!

It appears that the owner of the form that you are trying to clone to your account doesn't want his/her form to be cloned by other users. There is a Privacy Setting on the account and an option on the form builder that lets you do that.
I understand that it is easier to just clone the form, but you can also try to create the same form from scratch. And, if you bump into any troubles of creating the form, you can always let us know so we can help you — https://www.jotform.com/contact
Also, our User Guide section is also a good source of information when creating your form — https://www.jotform.com/help

Hi @lexxtel,
Unfourtantly, we are not set up with phone support at this time. If you let us know what the requirements of the form you are needing help with to create, we would be more than happy to assist with any issue you are having with the creation of the form.

lexxtelReplied on May 23, 2019 at 3:43 PMI want to create a jot form for an order. I am using one of your templates that has the name and address portions but I need to add a place for the credit card and then the services.
The form that I am trying to create is for TV and Internet and phone services maybe I can use one form or I may have to create multiple because I have different providers.
I also need an area to have the type of TV like packages created for the customer to select as well. I am including a sample of what I want to create.

These are the forms I want to create but for myself also after creating these forms I want to configure it so that when they click the submit buttons it is sent to a specific email only.
Thanks and have a wonderful day!

Hi @lexxtel,
I want to create a jot form for an order. I am using one of your templates that has the name and address portions but I need to add a place for the credit card and then the services.
Here is a guide to help with setting up an order form. Really depends on the Payment Integration you would like to use. For the example below I selected PayPay.
First, from the Form Elements section, you will click on the Payments selection and then select PayPal from the list. Next, you will input your Paypal email address and then click on continue to start to add your products/services.

The form that I am trying to create is for TV and the Internet and phone services maybe I can use one form or I may have to create multiple because I have different providers.
Once you create the form you will be able to clone it and then you can make changes to address the different providers.
These are the forms I want to create but for myself also after creating these forms I want to configure it so that when they click the submit buttons it is sent to a specific email only.
You are able to set up Notifications and Autoresponder emails for your form.

It looks like you are referring to this field (see screenshot below) of the form you want to clone:
Please note that JotForm is not allowed to collect credit card details, it's only possible to process payments through our payment processing apps, as per our terms it's considered as phishing to ask for credit card details through plain text fields, you may get more information about it here: Terms-of-UseWe do alternatively allow users to capture the payment authorization and charge the customer later, this can be done with some of our processing apps. Here's a guide with more info about it: How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization
You can also check the list of our payment integrations here: Mastering-Payment-Form-Integrations-with-JotForm
Let us know if you are referring to something else.
By the way, we sent a warning email the owner of the form you want to clone. Sooner or later he will remove those fields.
