Need a request form and data base to track and analyze the data

Hello - I am helping to build a Help Desk. I'd like to know if there is  a way for someone to call me because I need to know:

--how much it costs to maintain the database that collects the data?

--how can we track the responses?

--do you have data analysis tools to help analyze my data?

--what link we should give to our clients to collect their Help Desk requests (e.g. on our company website)?

1.) How much it costs to maintain the database that collects the data?

In order to maintain all your submission data, you need at least a storage plan that is worth $5 a month. Please check our pricing page for more details and specification of each plan: https://www.jotform.com/pricing/

2.) How can we track the responses?

You can setup notification and receive an email when someone submits your form. To view the responses in your form, please follow this guide: How-to-View-Form-Submissions

3.) Do you have data analysis tools to help analyze my data?

Could you let us know what kind of data analysis you're looking for?

4.) What link we should give to our clients to collect their Help Desk requests (e.g. on our company website)?

If you're referring to your form URL, you can get it by following this guide: Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL

So we are basically trying to keep track of how many people are submitting forms. For example, if 100 people submit a form and they are from New York, then we will have that data. Our first priority is for them to answer the questions we have for them. However, the other data we need is how many people are submitting forms from a certain area in the U.S.

And to export or filter submissions by location, just go to your form submission page and look up country and export submissions.
