Hey there, we're using Squarespace for our company website and will be collecting different file types from our field investigation team. Basically, we want to use file upload forms in our squarespace-based website. Can you explain if we can do that on jotform?

Hi Alvin,
You can easily either create a blank template or use file upload forms depends on your needs.
To add file upload widget to the blank template; after you create a blank template, click on “add form element” and find “file upload”. You can use JotForm drag and drop feature to add it to your form easily. By clicking on the gear icon and selecting “options” from the opening menu, you will see the file types at the bottom.
To use existing templates related with file upload, you reach them easily by clicking the link below.

Once you created your form, click on publish tab and choose “platforms” from the left. You can type “squarespace” in the search bar. Click on it and copy code.
To embed the code to you website, you can follow this guideline below.

After that, you can enjoy your custom Squarespace form via JotForm!
