    Hi,

What exactly happens if I click one or both of these options?

I've got a lot of work into a HIPAA form (about 30 pages) and don't want to lose it. ;)

    Thanks,
    Ken

    1. CREATE PDF DOCUMENTS: These are PDFs that contain submission data. You can include these as email attachments to your Notifications and Autoresponders.

    2. CREATE FILLABLE PDF FORMS:A fillable PDF form is just like any regular form but in .pdf file format. These are PDF forms that can be filled out using a PDF Reader. Some notable readers are Adobe Acrobat Reader and Foxit Reader.

But the original form won't be changed at all?
Also, I believe that HIPAA compliance doesn't allow normal transmission of
    the info?
(Which is why Jotform doesn't include it in the Notifications or
    Autoresponders.)
    Thanks

If you create a PDF document then the online Form would not be changed but if you create a PDF Form then the online Form would also be affected.

You can enable the PDF attachment in HIPAA compliant Notification emails too but it would be password protected.

Please note for a HIPAA compliant account so you have to keep a strong password for the PDF report.

You have to keep a note of these points:

    - Minimum 8 characters
    - A mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters
