My account is blocked

    Hi, 

    I'm contacting you because my account (and my collegues' to) is blocked, we are a company doing the same job as UBER in France.
    We use every day forms to have contacts or to show some informations with our drivers. 

    We are under french laws surveillance, we cannot afford passing through the laws, so there is no fishing activity in Kapten.


    Please unlock our account as soon as possible.

    Upon checking your account, I found that it is currently suspended because of the "ID Card" related upload fields you have added in form. 

    This is a violation to our Terms of Use, you may  collect personal identification numbers only, however it is a must to add an agreement displayed on the form and a signature, widget fields.
