Submission limit

Hello  I thought with the free jotform account we were eligible for 100 submissions per month?  I am getting a notice am reaching my submission limit?  Can you please explain  Thank you

Upon checking your account there is nothing indicating your account is going over submission limit. I have also checked our email logs to check if an email was sent and there is nothing sent from us. 

However, the only thing I can see that is near the limit is the submission storage limit currently you are at 434 Total Submissions which a FREE account the Storage Limit is 500 total.

To lower the total submission, you can download all of your current data and delete them after.
