Which of the third-party application to embed the Form is recommended?

Hi there, 

I submitted an enquiry but have not recieved an answer, I am thinking maybe my form was not submitted. My partner is a personal training and wishes to use his form for consultations however we only have access to the link which is not suitable for a consultation flow. We need to have the form in a website/landing page embedded. Do you provide landing pages or who do you recommend? Also we do not know how to embed the form so can you do it for us or know of an affordable landing page provider who will do the embedding?

You can embed our Form in any of the third-party applications like Squarespace, Shopify, Go Daddy, Wordpress, Wix.
