Integration with Dropbox is not completing in HIPAA Form

    I am trying to integrate my hipaa form results with Dropbox. It says that it is authenticated, but then to complete, it said it may take some time. I left if for well over an hour and it didn't seem to complete. I can not tell if the process is successful.

    I've tried to integrate our test HIPAA account to Dropbox and was not able to replicate the issue.

    I have cleared your form cache, can you also please clear your browser cache then try to re-integrate.

    I cleared my browser cache. It this morning and it has been trying to integrate for over an hour. Doing the same thing as yesterday.

    Thank you! That did it. It would not work in Chrome, but worked right away in Edge.
