I have not been getting the emailed notice when a form has been submitted. Can you please assist?

Hi @bqualls13,
I do apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing with not receiving your notifications.
I took a look at your forms and saw they were all set up to go to the email address of bqualls@myhqsigns.com. I then checked to make sure the email address was not on the bounce list and it was so I removed it from the bounce list. This should fix the issue and you should now get your notification emails.
FYI, you are also able to check if your email is on the bounce list.

Also, you are also able to view your email history on your account as well.
