URGENT: uploading documents via form

Hi,

Is there a way we can collect documents and get the client to upload files during the form stage?

so for example we need supporting documents as part of their application 

is there a way to do it and what integrations can we do it?

If you would like your respondents to upload supporting documents they need for their application, you can include in your form a File Upload field.
