Can I create a form which has multiple signatories on?

Hi,

I am looking to create a form which would need to be signed by 2 or 3 people before it is completed. Is this possible?

The first signatory would need to fill in some boxes and then sign, then the second would need to do the same, and the potential 3rd would just sign a copy.

If this is possible, could I please have some guidance on how I would do this?

Also, I believe I would need a fillable PDF to convert my form, please could I also have some guidance on how best to do this?

We already have a PDF form, is there a way to make this fillable? I can only seem to create one from scratch or upload an already fillable pdf.

PDF form is the fillable version of your form.

Sorry, the form is already a PDF, not within JotForm.

Is there a way to make a form which we have saved externally, into a fillable form. The only upload I can make is a fillable form, or making one from scratch.
