Why were my submissions deleted?

    Hello!  My forms that were submitted are no longer showing. Can you help???

    I have been checking the form in your account, but it seems empty, upon checking your account email history, I see that emails have not been sent from this form either, it shows as empty as well. 

    I can see there are forms shared with you, maybe the form and submissions you're looking for can be found there? 

    If you have received an email from a submission, have the submission ID or the submitter received an autoresponder email, you may provide us the email so we can check the logs on our end.

    I do not see any forms at all and I had some submitted.
    The only emails that I can provide for you to check are the following :
    helacey1987@gmail.com
    vanessanohely13@gmail.com
    I don’t know if others came in that I missed.
    Please let me know how to proceed.
    And how do I know that this will not happen again? Is this common?

    Thank you for providing the information. 

    I found submissions related to the email addresses you provided, they were sent on the form https://www.jotform.us/form/92874137686169 which actually belongs to a guest account, I have now moved this form to your account emilyklemme, please find it with the title "St. Ann's Catholic Church".

    The submissions should be available as long as the form is under your account or shared with you, kindly check and let us know if you need further assistance.

    Yes, new submissions should be sent to you, also, the email notification is not properly configured, but you can delete it and add a new one, these guides will help you doing so:
