How to set up auto fill contract?

We're in a real estate industry and we're wondering if there's a way we can upload our listing contract or any contracts that we have and use your template forms to auto populate our contract? Maybe link or connect your template forms to our contract?

If the contracts are in FILLABLE PDF format, you can import it to Jotform. It will be converted as an online form where the user can fill out and sign. Once he submits the form, he'll be receiving a copy of the PDF (contract) with all the entered information indicated in it.

    Here's a guide on How-To-Import-Own-PDF-to-JotForm.

If it's not, I'm afraid that you need to build a new form based on that document. Then you can create a PDF document (in the PDF Editor) that you can attach to the email notifications/autoresponders. Here's a guide for that: How-To-Include-Submissions-As-PDF-Attachment-In-The-Email-Notifications

    Hi JohnRex,

I was able to make the file fillable using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC then saved it after editing. Now when I try to upload it on Jotform it says uploading for few minutes then it will failed. Yesterday, when I attempted to upload ordinary file it will automatically failed but this time it will take time to upload but in the end it will failed. Do you know what's wrong or maybe you can give me other ways to make a PDF file fillable? Because what we're trying to upload on your website is a Real Estate contract. Thanks in advance.

I can see that you were able to convert a PDF File into an online webform: https://www.jotform.us/form/93188116201148

It's a scanned document converted to PDF right? I can see that the PDF Converter seems unable to read all the texts in the PDF due to the scanned documents are in image format:

My suggestion is to convert your document first into an editable PDF, say using the OCR feature of ADOBE. It will make the scanned file an editable PDF but I recommend proofreading it as well after the conversion. And from there, you can then edit it to make it FILLABLE then import it to Jotform.
