I want to collect info from a form to be used in an approval process

Users will receive a link to register via a form. After they successfully use the form to register for an event, they will at a later date receive a link to an evaluation form. That evaluation form would then be routed for approval. once approved the the requestor would get a completion document. However, because the evaluation should be anonymous, I can't ask for an email address in the evaluation form. However, their email address would be in the initial registration form. Is there a way I can use this to email address in the evaluation form that is sent, but the user doesn't see it, and then I can use it for workflow

You can include an email parameter in the Evaluation Form link that will be sent to your respondents at a later date after they filled in the Registration Form. The email address of your respondents, which will be coming from the initial Registration Form, will be the value of the email parameter.

When they access the link to the Evaluation Form with the email parameter, it will prepopulate a hidden Email field on the Evaluation Form.
