My forms have separated fields for name and last name,
when I have to import those the line that is provided by the importing tool is this
so I put it in the same way on the file that I use to import the information
when it gets imported looks like this
That wouldn't be working for me because my data base would get broken if I mix name and last name.

The import app requires only one column to upload names. However, you can add a comma to separate the first name and last name values, so the name format on your excel file should be:
lastname, firstname
I tested it on my form and it uploaded as expected.
However, on your screenshot, you were indeed using commas already but the name still went thru the last name, which should not be the case.
Can you please share here the exact file you used for import so that we may replicate the issue.

Could you please share the form link so we can check it further? To find the form URL, please follow this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/401-Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL
I also create a test form and it is working as is intended.
We'll wait for your reply.

I would like to be supported by 1 person or at least be left in the same thread since this is almost the same trouble I had and I've already gave this details, I'm loosing too much time with this.
There's the link.

Hi,
We apologize for the inconvenience but the system is designed to assign the queries on the next available supporter in the team.
Thank you for providing the file. I have cloned your form and tried to import your data and I'm showing the same issue on the submission page. However, when I tried to integrate the form to Google Sheets the First and Last names are in separate columns.
Then when I download it on Excel file it shows me the same format.
I think this the best workaround we could offer you. Let us know if it didn't meet your requirements.

Ok, seems like it's working. I made a mistake with the integration and that was the reason I was getting them separated.
Thanks for your work and patience, I understand that it's not easy (and I'm not very good explaining).
In case I find something, I'll let you know! Thanks again!
