How can I re-activate my account?

    I did check your account and found that it is currently suspended as your form is suspected to be used for phishing activity. 

    I am escalating this thread to our form review team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

    I did check your account and found that it is currently suspended because of the "SSN" field you have added in form "Business Funding Application". Please check the screenshot below:

    You may continue to collect that information, however it is a must to add an agreement displayed on the form and a signature, widget fields.
