Unable to download the application form to pdf

Hi

i am not sure if i messed up with settings but i cannot download the whole completed application on pdf? could you please show me how to to either change the setting or could you do this. i want to open our submitted application, save them and print them?

Do you want the PDF attached to the email notifications so there would be an option to download PDF via email? Or you just want to download the PDF format of the submissions from your account? 

If you want to attach the PDF in the email notification, you can enable the PDF attachment in the your email notification advance settings.

If you want to just download the submissions on a PDF format, you can do that in your PDF editor. There's an option there to download the submission.

Open your form's PDF editor and there's an option there to download the submission with the applied layout.

If this doesn't answer your query, please tell us more about the issue you're getting. Are you unable to download the submission in PDF format? Does your PDF document breaks when you download it? does it not match what you designed? You can share a screenshot that would help us figure out what the problem is.
