How to send Jotform

I am testing your app to collect client intake data. 

Having trouble understanding the best way to send to the client to complete ie by copying link, sharing etc.

Also, how long does your system hold the returned data;

If you are looking for ways to share your form, you do have a few options to select from.

You can take the URL of the form and share it with whomever you choose. Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL

You can also use the forms Share Form feature, to send your form to the people you wish to fill your form via email. How-to-Send-a-Form-via-Email

Additionally, you can embed the form in a website so that it is available to be filled online: Embedding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page

As for your second inquiry, the form data will be saved on your account and will remain there for as long as necessary. The only time your data is deleted, is if you have old submission data that is causing your storage limit to go over limit.
