Hi, the edit link should not be included in the Autoresponder(which is sent to the form submitter), only in the Notification(the one sent to you). I have checked your form, and it looks right.
If you are referring to the JotForm branding:
The option to remove it becomes available at your account settings once you upgrade your account. Let us know if you need more help.
