Possible to export a csv of all submissions on a schedule

    Hello,

Is there any way to export a csv of all submissions (showing all submissions not just new ones) on a schedule?

This export could be either to an email or saved to a Google Drive.

    Is anything like this possible?

Currently we have the Google sheet tied to submissions for "upave Waiver" but we need that to be converted to csv on a schedule and I'm not having much luck with Zapier so I thought there might be a way in Jotform to accomplish this.

    Thank you!

    Scott

    Hi Scott,

Thanks for reaching out to us. If you are referring to downloading the submissions from the submissions page, yes. You can download them in CSV format.

    Guide.- How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

If you are referring to automatically pass submission Data into a CSV file every time someone submits a form, I am afraid that's not possible.

If you don't need to send the data instantaneously to the CSV file you may consider creating a CSV report following this guide.- How-to-Create-an-Excel-Report

Let us know should you need further assistance.

    Regards,

    Hey Jimmy,

Thank you. Is there any possibility of using the "ADD NEW REPORT" function to schedule that report to be emailed to someone on a regular basis?

Finally, using the if we set up a report per the instructions from Create an Excel Report, will that webpage with the csv be dynamic (or only generated on creation)? Like could someone just go to that report's url and see all of the current submission data?

    Thank you,

    Scott

    Hello Scott,

    1. There is currently no option to automatically sent scheduled reports. You may check out our Daily Digest app, which includes new submissions only to be sent at scheduled times.

    2. There are few options as per your second question:

     -  Exporting data to an excel sheet automatically is not possible at the moment. A workaround is to create an excel report and bookmark the link in your browser. Clicking the link will show an updated excel sheet with the latest submissions.

     - The Grid Listing, HTML Table Listing, RSS Listing, Visual Report, and Calendar Report as explained here (How-to-Create-Form-Reports-in-JotForm) updates when you refresh the page or revisit the link.

     - If you want a report that updates without refreshing or exporting it, I recommend you integrate the form to Google Spreadsheet - How-to-Integrate-Forms-with-Google-Sheets

I hope this answers your questions/concerns.
