Submission Capacity

Hi,

I deleted all the forms and submission data from my account, but it is still telling me that I have exceeded our maximum.  How can I remove submissions so that I can make more space foe my monthly submissions?

You deleted the forms, but they are still located inside of the Trash folder. You need to purge them from the Trash folder.

This will permanently delete your forms and data from our servers. 

Also, please note that you do not have to delete the forms to clear the Upload Storage Space. You can delete only submissions that have uploads. So, you can restore the forms, and delete the submissions with uploads.
