I have about 15 class facilitators and have created several quizzes. The students take the quizzes and the results are emailed to their appropriate facilitator.
NEED: a shareable doc, where each facilitator can keep track of all if their students grades.
1. The results page displays the grade at the bottom. If that grade could be electronically transferred to a shareable gradebook....THAT WOULD BE GREAT!!
2. If each facilitator has to manually input the grade into a shareable gradebook, that would be acceptable.
Bottom line....I need one shareable gradebook where I can view all 15 facilitators’ students grades for all of their quizzes.
Please advise.

We still need to confirm from you, but I can only assume that you are using the Quiz Form app and the Results page you are referring to is the Results page generated by using the app.
Reference guide: Turn-your-form-into-a-Quiz-or-Exam-
Based on your requirements, I think it would be best that you calculate the grade of each quiz within the form using conditions and/or the Form Calculation widget.
First, you will set a calculation value for each option in a question in your form.
How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value
After that, you can use either conditions or the widget to calculate for the total or average score.
How-to-Insert-Text-or-Mathematical-Calculation-into-a-field-using-a-Condition
How-to-Perform-Form-Calculation-Using-a-Widget
The field where the score is displayed will be set as hidden on the form.
Now, since the score is a value of a field in your form, it will be included when you generate a report or download your form submissions.

Please give this workaround a try and let us know if it works for you. Do not hesitate to ask us any questions about it if you have any and we will be glad to help you.

PatSmith1Replied on June 28, 2020 at 4:28 PMYes...I am using the JotForm Quiz app and it is already calculating the
grade for me perfectly!! It displays the grade at the bottom of the quiz
results page.
I am looking for a way to record all students wuiz grades, from all 15
facilitators on one shareable document.
Example:
Facilitator A
- student 1
- - quiz a = 98%
- - quiz b = 100%
- student 2
- - quiz a = 92%
- - quiz b = 94%
Facilitator B
- student 1
- - quiz a = 95%
- - quiz b = 99%
The above data could be in the format above, an excel spreadsheet or any
other format. As long as I can see all students quiz grades from all
facilitators.

Hi there,
Unfortunately, the only way to merge/combine submission data is to do it manually.
Either by Combining Submissions or Integrating with Google Sheets.
We could request a feature request for this however we cannot provide an ETA on when will this be developed and Implemented.
Let us know if you wish to proceed and thank you for your patience.
Best.

PatSmith1Replied on June 28, 2020 at 5:28 PMThank you. The Google Sheets option might work.
From the submission results page, the only info I would like transferred to
Google sheets is as follows:
Name of quiz
Student name
Student score
Facilitator name
How do I transfer ONLY that info?

Specifying what submissions to be integrated with Google Sheets can't be done at JotForm's end.
However, you can easily do that by creating a Google Sheets function to automatically delete new unwanted submissions, or simply delete/hide undesired columns so that they won't be updated anymore.
I hope I have been of any help.

PatSmith1Replied on June 28, 2020 at 7:28 PMOkay....I can do that. That makes sense.
But tell me how do I get the grade to show on the submissions page, so that
I can transfer it to Google Sheets.

Unfortunately, when using the Quiz app, it is not possible to get the scores in the submissions page, or exported to Excel, or Google Sheets.
The results can only be seen individually via email:
If you would like to view all the results in one document like Google Sheets, you would need to stop using the Quiz app, and calculate the score with a Form Calculation widget: https://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-Perform-Form-Calculation-Using-a-Widget
Note: you can assign values to the correct answers, so it will be easy to calculate the score in the Form Calculation widget: (Q1 + Q2 + Q3 ...+Q54)/54
