Not seeing the products ordered on my form

    Hello I am trying to add a payment section to my website. I am having trouble is there anyway some could help

    No the payments are fine. I’m Saying when a customer places an order and I receive the email I can’t see what all they ordered. It just shows me an order was placed. I don’t see what exactly the customer wants

    Thanks for the additional information. I have cloned your form, sent a test submission, and was able to see the orders both from the Notification Email and Submissions page.

    Could you please test again? I have also cleared your form cache as a precaution.

    Y’all don’t have a phone I can call? Or someone that can make the page for me and I pay? I need this ASAP

    As your form is live, you can send a test submission to your form without selecting any product, just to check if the Notification email you'll receive meets your requirement.

    It works thank you. Now with the card Payment it should charge the customers card right after the purchase correct?

    Yes, the customer should be charged to the card that is entered when they fill the form.
