Calculation for mileage and selected vehicle

Everything works now to calculate the distance and price per mile but I also need additional calculations for the type of Van and price for each Van to give the customer the total price for the mileage and can type. Each van has a different price. Also if the distance is only for 5 miles I need to create an option for minimum price for each van type. Do you think is possible to do this?

I can't find a VAN field yet on this form: Courier. Could you please set it up on the form first so we can provide a specific solution that you can use. We'd like to know what type of field you would use.

I suggest using a Single Choice field for this if you want the user to only select one VAN per submission. Otherwise, use a Multiple Choice field. Then assign a calculation value for each option. Here's a guide on How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value. This is where you will put the VAN prices.

Then add that field to the formula of the FORM CALCULATION widget:

That should calculate the MILEAGE COST and the selected VAN.

I'm not quite sure what minimum price option you would like to add. Can you please cite an example so we can try to look for a workaround?

I copy the code and paste to my wix but is noting showing on my page. Also do you have tracking options for this form to add for the customers to check the delivery progress?

As far as I understand your requirement, you want to give your users the parcel tracking capability. If I didn't understood your requirement, please feel free to correct it.

If I understood your query correctly, then please note that it won't be possible via JotForm. Our tool can be used to collect data from your users only. Maybe you'll need a custom solution for this.

Are you referring to the Pickup date field? If yes, I can see the date correctly:
