you can check the Submission ID on your form's submission page.

I checked your form and it seems the reason why your email address hello@clarityesse**ialwellness.com.au is not receiving notification emails is that your form 81919058379875 is set to send emails to a different address (hello@cl**itydesign.com).
Please change it to your email hello@clari**essentialwellness.com.au to be able to receive email notifications.
