Not receiving completed forms in email

    Hi there!
    You were helping me a while ago. I am still not receiving any of the completed forms. Are you able to help me as to why this is

    Just to confirm you are not receiving emails when a form is submitted, correct? Can you please tell us the form URL/ID in which you are facing this issue so we can provide further assistance.

    Yes. I am not getting an email copy of the form.
    Today’s one is Sarah Lewis

    I've cloned your form and have sent some test submissions on it. As a result of the submission, I received 3 emails. Out of which 2 emails were the notification emails and 1 autoresponder email.

    Have you checked our Spam/Junk folders for the missing emails?

    Can you please provide the submission ID of the submissions for which you didn't receive the email?

    Yes I have checked my spam etc and nothing is there. I can’t sent the submission as I don’t know it. As I don’t have the email

    I checked some of your form and the notification is configured correctly. I also reviewed our mail logs and found that all submissions were successfully sent to the recipient listed in the notification. The email is also not on our bounce list so you should not be having trouble receiving emails from jotform.

    Please check this guide for a possible reason why you're not receiving the email notification.
