Just to confirm you are not receiving emails when a form is submitted, correct? Can you please tell us the form URL/ID in which you are facing this issue so we can provide further assistance.

I've cloned your form and have sent some test submissions on it. As a result of the submission, I received 3 emails. Out of which 2 emails were the notification emails and 1 autoresponder email.
Have you checked our Spam/Junk folders for the missing emails?
Can you please provide the submission ID of the submissions for which you didn't receive the email?

I checked some of your form and the notification is configured correctly. I also reviewed our mail logs and found that all submissions were successfully sent to the recipient listed in the notification. The email is also not on our bounce list so you should not be having trouble receiving emails from jotform.
Please check this guide for a possible reason why you're not receiving the email notification.

IMPORTANT: Please whitelist jotform domains and IPs in your web/email host to ensure that all the emails sent to you will be received successfully.
