Unable to login to my account

    Hi, I am not able to access my account and the filled out forms are not coming through. I have tried to reset my password but even that email is not coming through. My email is hello@clarityessentialwellness.com.au

    When I check your username "jchaffey" the account I get does not have any forms in it and hello@clarityessentialwellness.com.au is not registered with us. Meaning there is no account in our records against this email address.

    Please provide your email address or username for the account you are referring too. You can also provide us a form URL or ID.

    Hi Jacinta,

    I searched our records and have not found anything that pertains to any account under hello@clarityessentialwellness.com.au.

    Then I looked anything under username: jchaffey and there are no forms in it.

    Perhaps you used a different email address?

    Or if you have the Direct Form Url that would help too: https://www.jotform.com/help/401-Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL

    I’m so sorry I have found my username.
    It’s clarityhairdesign
    It still won’t let me log in with my password.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for the information, the username you gave did not recover anything, but with the Form ID#201011871786049, I was able to pull up username: claityhairdesign and this is the email address associated with the account: hello@clarityhairdesign.comthat should be the email you need to use to recover/reset your password.

    Hi there,

    Can you please try to log in using either the user Clarity_hello or email address hello@clarityessentialwellness.com.au.

    The account is currently active so it is accessible.

    Another thing to try is to use a different browser(Private window/Incognito mode) to either log in or reset the password.

    I have a few different people messaging me so I’m getting so confused

    Also, just to clarify, you are trying to log in to hello@clarityhairdesign.com?

    Please try to log in to your account in incognito mode or try a different browser.
