    My account was suspended. How do I activate it again?

    Hi Shona,

    Your account is currently suspended. This form (https://www.jotform.com/form/202957711703253) triggered the suspension.

    Collecting credit card details using regular fields is not allowed here in JotForm. Please check our terms of use.

    We have gone ahead and deleted the guilty fields and reactivated your account.

    If you need to collect payments from your users, please use one of our payment processors. Here's a guide: Setting-Up-Your-First-Order-Form.

    You may also capture the card details and charge the user at a later date. Here's a guide: How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization.

    I've just opened and account with square up and figureinga few things out. Is the collecting payments a feature available in the free version?

    Hi Shona,

    You can integrate your form to Square payment.

    The monthly limit of 10 payment submissions is dedicated to Free accounts. If you wish to receive more than 10 payment submissions, you will need to upgrade your account.
