Why Terms and Conditions widget not showing in embedded form?

both widgets...Short scrollable terms widget...and Terms & Conditions Widget are not working. both show up fine when i preview form...but on the website the are invisible.

You may try embedding again with the iframe, I believe this may work perfectly. You will find iFrame code inside the embed option in the publish tab(Screenshot Attached):
